Minsk Bureau of Education is independent structural subdivision of ministry of education in Minsk to realize the national power in area of Minsk. Minsk Bureau of Education is subordinate to administration of city Minsk and organizes preceptorial and didactical work.
To ensure the security of staff and students in teaching buildings, they need to have probative terminals which can record and manage in case of emergencies. The systems should correspond with the rule of "About usage security system and video surveillance systems in crowded area should be easily connected into existed city video surveillance system, and has extension possibility" which is issued by The Belarusian Committee Resolution. After fully thinking, Minsk Bureau of Education decided to install video surveillance system in all teaching buildings in Minsk.

As ZK cameras support WDR and verified lend which enable the camera to get qualified image in any environments and view angles, and have good extendibility, Minsk Bureau of Education chose ZK surveillance solution and started to work with ZK Belarusian parter.
This project involved all middle schools and preschool organizations, which are subordinate to Bureau of Education of Minsk. 122 teaching buildings were already included in the plan of this system. By plan, before the end of 2013 year, all teaching buildings in Minsk will equip with the system. In the next year, the work will go on.
According to the financial situation, every teaching building will install 2-20 pieces cameras. The system that installed in 2012 shows its reliability in various heavy weather conditions and the test of students (throw snowballs, splash water, paint) .Cameras were also installed in potentially dangerous places: at the gate of teaching buildings for monitoring and organizing the movement of traffic; at the entrance to mess hall to monitor the illegal entrainment, transport foodstuffs; at gymnasium and playground to investigate unhappy event and also monitor the sport facilities.
