Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group (Công ty Cổ phần Hoàng Anh Gia Lai, abbreviated as HAGL or HAG) is a diversified company headquartered in Pleiku, Vietnam. From a small furniture producer the company diversified into other industries such as rubber, finances a football club (Hoang Anh Gia Lai Club) and has been one of the largest property developers in Vietnam. It has also grown significantly outside of Vietnam, with investments of around $1b in Laos, hundreds of millions in Myanmar, $100m in Cambodia and tens of millions of dollars in Thailand. HAGL Group’s core businesses include real estate, agribusiness, power, mining and sports etc.

Reliable Verification Methods

The building processes countless highly confidential information daily including information of HAGL Group’s business operation and also their clients’ information and privacies. To secure that the safety and privacy are not threatened, a reliable authentication method which prevents illegal and improper access must be deployed. Conventional verification methods including password and card could hardly verify the authenticity of the password or card holders’ identities. Truly reliable verification method of a person’s identity thus become the critical point of the security. Thus it requires a biometric verification method with unique authentication of a person’s identity.

Extra-large log storage capacity

HAGL Group is a large-scale enterprise that its building is accessed by approximately 20,000 staffs per day that need to be processed with high efficiency. Our client thus needs to manage a large group of employees. Thus it requires an access control system to accommodate the large flow and needs a system that could centrally manage all access control devices.

Flexible Registration Setting & High Speed Verification

The building is accessed by more than 20,000 persons in a single day, and as the nature of its businesses is required to be processed with high efficiency. Thus, an access control system that has a high speed of verification becomes ultimately crucial.

Technical Features

• The building is deployed an access control solution with 5 InBio 460 access control panels, 20 units of FR1200 and ZK4500 on various access points.

• All staffs’ identities are registered, and are eligible to access the gate of the building.

• All resident are biometrically verified by fingerprint authentication to ensure the authenticity of the identity.

• All fingerprint readers are centrally connected to InBio 460 control panels. All devices are managed by the ZKAccess 3.5 software.

• The InBio 460 control panels are customized by ZKTeco with advanced mother boards that provide enhanced speed of processing, and enlarged fingerprint template capacity to 30,000.

Function Description

• FR1200 is a fingerprint reader with RS485 communication interface. With ZKTeco’s fingerprint algorithm, it offers fast and accurate fingerprint verification. With its IP65 rated rugged structure, FR1200 offers extra durability in all weather conditions including outdoor environments.

• ZK4500 offers the same fingerprint verification level as FR1200 does. Its special functions is that it is able to directly connect to computers via USB interface. With our provided developer with SDK, hardware can be integrated into client’s own system. The device offers flexible application of fingerprint verification access points.

• ZKAccess3.5 is a customer service based access control software. With highly user friendly UI, it is able to control every door, time zone, staffs with unique access right.

• Our solution is highly customizable to suit every client’s needs.
