Saigonres Plaza is a mixed building for both commercial and residential uses. It located in one of the prime locations of Binh Thanh District, adjacent to Phu Nhuan District and District 1, connecting Pham Van Dong Boulevard to Tan Son Nhat International Airport. With advantages of being located between the golden quadrangle development center of HCMC including Phu Nhuan District - District 1 - Binh Thanh District - District 2.
Saigonres Plaza is not only the most modern commercial apartment complex in Binh Thanh District, but also connected with the system of infrastructure and service values. It is deployed in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City such as Pham Van Dong Boulevard, Hang Xanh Overpass, Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien metro line, Thu Thiem New Urban Area etc.

Technical Features
• The elevators of buildings are deployed as an elevator control solution with 9 units of elevator control panel EC10, 9 units of elevator control panel extension board EX16. Each elevator is equipped with one unit of ProID40 card reader.
• All residents’ identities are registered and issued with one card each. Cards are loaded with residents’ personal identity information and their specific access rights of elevators. All cards are read by the ProID40 readers deployed in the elevators. They are only eligible to access and use the elevators to the levels they are authorized to.
• All readers are controlled by the elevator control panels. All devices are managed by the ZKBioSecurity 3.0 software.
Function Description
• Users’ cards are read and verified by ZKTeco’s elevator control panel EC10 and its extension board EX16, floor access are restricted based on various user credentials with their cards.
• These elevator control panels provide high control abilities. The EC10 elevator control panel can restrict access up to 10 floors. The EX16 extension board restricts access up to an additional 16 floors. Each EC10 can support to three EX16 boards. When combined together, a total 58 floors can be controlled with a single EX10 bundle. EC panels can be daisy-chained together to control as many floors as desired.
• The software uses the browser/server architecture and displays monitoring information in real time. ZKBioSecurity 3.0 is deployed as the central management software of the elevator control system. It is an access control system management platform based on the browser/server architecture. Users can access and log in to the platform directly from browsers and view the verification conditions of all connected elevator control panels in real time on the browsers.
